Parents may use the funds to pay approved expenses such as tuition, online education programs, school curricula, and college savings. ESAs may go by another name in your state (Education Freedom Accounts in Arkansas, Hope Scholarship in West Virginia, Empowerment Scholarship Accounts in Arizona, etc.).
